Most of us may be familiar that the Social Security System, or SSS, has offices in cities and towns across the country. However, do you know that not all SSS offices are the same?

The main office of SSS is located in SSS Building, East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City. Across the country, SSS has branch offices and service offices. These two are not the same. SSS branch offices are offices that can process all SSS-related transactions, while the SSS service offices are more of satellite offices—smaller ones—that can only cater to limited SSS-related services.

What transactions can be done in SSS Service Offices?
